If you see something that seems out of place then please check through the FAQ’s below, you are likely to find the solution there.  If you still need support please click the ‘talk to me’ button located on all course pages (including this page) and submit your query. You will be asked a few questions in order for us to be able to quickly resolve the issue. 

Passwords must be secure and therefore they are generated automatically by the system.  You can request a new one to be sent by going here. Your password will be sent to the email address we have on file for you.

Some firewalls may block videos playing from an unknown source. This is a setting applied either to your device or network. All videos in our course are either on youtube.com or vimeo.com and it can help to whitelist these with your security software. Please also check all your software on your device is up to date as this can sometimes cause issues.

There are two common reasons for this.

The first is that there are topics within the lesson that haven’t been marked as complete. You can see the list of those topics and lessons on the main course page. 

The second reason is that although you have completed the quiz your score was less than 80%. To pass the course you must score over 80% in each quiz. At the end of the quiz you can click to ‘view questions’ and it will detail which answers were incorrect, provide the correct answer and answer feedback.

We automatically as you to login again after 30 minutes of inactivity on the site as part of our security process. So long as you are active, either clicking through lessons, watching videos or scrolling through lessons then you will stay logged in.

You can use the same account for all your courses. Please use the same email address during the checkout process so you can have your new course automatically added to your account.

Our system is automated therefore follows the exact details that you had written during the registration part. If there has been a typo, there are two way to change it.

1. Go to “my account” update your name and click on save.

2. Email us at info@babyem.co.uk requesting your name to be updated so you can print the certificate with the name you wish to use.

Alternatively, there are some cases where the course has been purchased by someone else. in that situation, you can also do either of the two options above.
